Return & Exchange Policy

At Pairistan, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we are here to help.

1. Exchange / Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • The size received is different from the one you ordered

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, if possible

  • Reported within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

We may not accept return or exchange requests if:

  • The item has been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • The request is made after the allowed return/exchange period

  • The product was purchased on clearance, discount, or final sale, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect

  • The customer simply changes their mind after delivery without a valid issue

3. Size Exchange

If you want to exchange a shoe due to size issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. Size exchange will be subject to stock availability.

Customers may be required to pay delivery charges for size exchange unless the mistake was from Pairistan’s side.

4. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Product pictures

  • Clear explanation of the issue

After review, we will guide you about the return or exchange process.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The ordered item is unavailable for exchange after approval

  • A return is approved by Pairistan due to a valid issue

Refunds, if approved, may be processed through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another suitable payment method within 7 to 14 working days.

6. Return Shipping

If the return/exchange is due to Pairistan’s mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), we may bear the return shipping cost.

If the exchange is requested due to size change or customer preference, the customer may have to bear the delivery charges.

7. Right to Refuse

Pairistan reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
